Reform is the right place to start.
Whether you've never stepped onto a reformer, you're coming back after a long break, or you're simply looking for something that actually works, Reform is the right place to start. We built this studio for real people at every stage of their wellness journey.
We believe movement should feel uplifting, approachable, and sustainable, so we built a space where clients can challenge themselves, connect with others, and leave feeling better than when they walked in.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit, step by step.
We want you walking in confident, not guessing. Here's everything you need to know before your first class at Reform.
Step 1 — Arrive Early
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and get oriented to your reformer without feeling rushed.
Step 2 — What to Wear
Wear form-fitting or athletic clothing you can move freely in. Grip socks are required — we carry them at the studio if you don't have a pair yet.
Step 3 — What to Bring
Just yourself and a water bottle. We have everything else — reformers, mats, props, and a whole lot of good energy.
Step 4 — The Class Experience
Our classes are upbeat and contemporary — yes, the music is loud, and yes, it helps. Instructors guide every movement with cues for all levels. Modifications are always available; no two bodies work exactly the same.
Step 5 — After Class
Expect to feel it. In the best way. Grab a moment, connect with a fellow client, and know that every class you show up for is building something real.
Questions? We've got answers.
Here's everything you need to feel ready to book.
Do I need any Pilates experience?
Not at all. Our FLOW classes are designed to be beginner-friendly, and every instructor offers modifications throughout. You will be guided the entire way. All we ask is that you show up.What should I bring? Are grip socks required?
Just yourself in comfy clothes, and a pair of grippy socks! Grippy socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase in the studio if needed.
How do I book a class?
Visit our Schedule page to browse class times and reserve your spot online. New students can select either the First Class $10 offer or the 5 Classes for $50 package at checkout.
What if I have an injury or need modifications?
Please let your instructor know before class begins. Our team is trained to offer modifications and alternatives so you can participate safely and effectively. For more targeted support, we also offer private appointments. Inquire about Private Appointments here!
What class should I take first?
We recommend starting with a FLOW class. It's intentional, accessible, and gives you a great foundation in reformer technique before exploring our POWER or SPARK formats. What are the different class formats?
FLOW is our foundational, technique-focused class — ideal for beginners or anyone who wants to move with intention on the reformer. POWER brings more intensity and dynamic strength work. SPARK is high-energy and fast-paced. Every format is low-impact but effective.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have convenient parking available at or near the studio in Watkinsville, Georgia. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit and you'll have no trouble getting settled.
Your first class is waiting.
There's no perfect time to start, just the moment you decide to. Choose your intro offer, pick a class time, and come experience Reform for yourself. First class is $10. Five classes are $50. Either way, you're welcome here.
